Plan your trip early
We all know from experience costs go up the closer you get to an event from a room to a flight so lets try and make an effort to plan the trip now especially because once it is done you have nothing to worry about except what to pack - If you really want to get organized why not book restaurants as well because if CAP Euro is anything like last year all the top places will be booked before you know it. One affiliate, Graham at PAW has found this brilliant deal for people coming from Canada - His post in this thread reads:
“For those interested, British Airways has a great promotion on until the 20th for people coming from some parts of Canada. Free hotel (1 night per person in your party) + 199 each way. (And yes, they have the Hilton Olympia)” I have also started a thread on the CAP site for everyone to post which hotel they are staying in - This way we can find the best deals and all still hang out together Click here for the the thread on CAP Euro hotels

CAP Euro London official press release
CAP Euro: London is Officially Open
CAP Euro; the number one event for iGaming affiliates is open for registrations
November 6, 2007 (London, UK) In just 12 months CAP Euro (www.capeuro.com) has gone from a late night idea in a Las Vegas club to the biggest event for affiliates in the iGaming industry, and with its one year anniversary approaching the CAP Euro team are planning an even better event for January in London.
The last two CAP Euro events in London and Barcelona have been incredible experiences for delegates and operators. Both times the turnout has surpassed the organiser’s expectations. Feedback from Barcelona confirms the most recent iGaming networking event was a fun and productive opportunity to do business:
“Maybe too perfect. Had a great time! And I didn’t want to go home
”
-Affiliate
“I really enjoyed the event, location and city. It was one of the busiest events so far for us and we gained a lot form the trip”
-Affiliate
“Great event! Impressed by the large turnout of affiliates which makes it worthwhile for us operators to attend, as there was lots of business to be done”
-Exhibitor
“I’ve been to ICE and the Betting Show before, but CAP Euro was by far the most interesting (and productive) event”
-Affiliate
What makes CAP events unique is that they are completely free of charge for affiliates to attend and are centred on not just a dreary expo and conference, but about mixing business with pleasure, and with three huge parties, a Gala Awards night, the Affiliate Series of Poker, key speakers, an open bar in the afternoons and much more, this will be anything but an average event! Lou Fabiano, founder of CAP commented:
“CAP Euro is much more than an industry event, it is a meeting place for affiliates and operators from around the world to network, do business, and have fun in an environment that you can only imagine. When we plan each event we always listen to feedback and plan the event for the affiliates rather than simply profit. This is exactly why we don’t fill the expo room with as many exhibit stands as possible, run the conference from 8am to 6pm or charge affiliates to attend. All these small things are what makes CAP Euro a success!”
The next event will be taking place in London immediately after ICEi in the Olympia Conference Centre from Jan 24th – Jan 27th with the highlight being a glamorous awards evening at the Chelsea Football club on the Friday night. The venue for both the awards and CAP Euro have limited capacity and based on previous attendance it is very likely they will fill, so affiliates, operators and vendors are strongly advised to register early at www.capeuro.com

I’m going to CAP Euro Banners
Basically he has very kindly designed some banners which you can put on your site and announce that you are attending CAP Euro - This way anyone else that is attending will now know you are also going and can arrange a meeting before rather than run into you by accident at the actual event. Simple but effective!
